The hotel offers extremely clean and well-serviced rooms, featuring very comfortable beds, TV, desk with mirror, a wardrobe, and a shower in the bathroom. The staff, particularly Moses, Andrea, and George, were attentive, polite, and extremely pleasant, ensuring a memorable stay. The location is ideal, with a theater nearby and easy access to central facilities in town and views of the Great Orme. The dining experience provided tasty and plentiful breakfasts, although there were some limitations. Overall, a great spot for those looking for a cozy stay with lovely amenities.

Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.

I had a lovely stay overall. The hotel is in a good location, a reasonable walk into the main streets but removed from the hustle and bustle. The view from my room was nice, especially after moving to a room with a better view. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and great entertainment. The dining experience had its challenges but the food itself was good. I found the facilities convenient and enjoyable.
